1. Booking Information
1.1 Rates Number of dogs 1 to 3 (From the same family only) One Hour £10 ask about additional dogs and bringing a friend.
1.2 Availability Days Monday to Sunday Spring/Summer 8am to 8pm Autumn/Winter 8am to 4pm. The field will not be used in the dark so the closing time will change throughout the year.
See the website & booking page for available times. Last booking is an hour before closing time.
1.3 Booking Arrangements is via the website booking link or telephone for the first session, after the first session online booking and payment is available.
1.4 Payment instructions will be sent in the confirmation email. All payments must be made within 24 hours of making the booking or prior to the session, whichever is the soonest.
1.5 Cancellation Policy If the user arrives late, the booking cannot be extended. Refunds can only be given for cancelled bookings if that space is filled by another client.

2. Parking
2.1 There is parking in the yard of the livery and animal centre.
2.2 If you choose to park on site then you do so at your own risk and Lyme Animal Care accept no responsibility for any loss/damages, as the yard is also an equine/horse livery dogs MUST be on leads while in the car park until inside the dog paddock.
2.3 Parking is not advised on the main road as can cause an obstruction, also tractors frequently coming and going.

3. Maintenance
3.1 The hirer must bring their own poo bags and clean up after their dog/s. Please take your poo bags with you.
3.2 Lyme Animal Care team will inspect the field and fencing daily to maintain security but please notify a member of the Team if you have any concerns.
3.3 During winter months the field maybe muddy and waterproof boots will be required.
3.4 Users must only access the paddock via the signposted ‘dog paddock walkway’. Horse paddocks, gates and stables are strictly no access and private.
3.5 Users must take all rubbish and litter with them when they leave.
3.6 Strictly no fires or bbq’s of any description are permitted.

4. Dangerous Dogs Act
You must agree to the Dangerous Dogs Act to make a booking with Lyme K9 Club. If you’re unsure about the dangerous dogs act please see more.
